Day 275-276
We finally were able to coordinate the marina and the insurance company long enough to get the hull damage from Cape May repaired. The marina had to haul out or our boat and keep t out overnight to get the fiberglass repair done by our deadline for leaving on Saturday. Consequently, we got to spend the night in a hotel, a real luxury!
Meanwhile, more and more PDQs were showing up at the marina until there were 10.
Friday night before we were scheduled to leave Saturday the marina threw a barbecue for all of the flotilla participants. We had a great time eating fabulous barbecue and fixings and getting to know our fellow PDQ owners better.
